Amazing! The 'new' web browser for MS-DOS just got newer, GIFier and better! Here's a quick review of Microweb running on a 286 and you can see how performant it is. And yes, it still works on an 8088 with no issues!

Support for more video modes, including monochrome and colour modes (VGA & EGA!)
PNG and JPEG dimensions are loaded but not the content
Improved font rendering and better Unicode support for accented characters
More HTML tag support including tables and forms
Can now leverage EMS memory (if available) for larger pages and images
